Building Evidence to Increase Rural Learner Success


DVP-PRAXIS LTD is serving as a research partner with the Belk Center to design and execute a mixed-methods study that builds on and leverages the design of the Belk Center’s Rural College Leaders Program (RCLP). This study will examine what approaches are most effective for helping rural college leaders identify and implement policies and practices specific to low-income, adult, and racially minoritized students; and lays the groundwork for measuring the effects of policy and practice changes implemented at RCLP institutions on student enrollment, retention, and completion analyzed using a difference-in-difference approach.
